• Kobolds Ate My Baby Orange Book - Written, working on final tweaks and updates. Final playtesting happening at Gencon, final edits expected in late August. Layout in September. 
• SMORKAS BORG - Fully written, in editing, layout in September.
• Kobold Plush - 3rd round of design complete, awaiting physical sample
• Kobolds Ate My Baby Digital Adventure Pack - Fully written, in editing. Layout in September. 
• Kobolds Ate My Baby Dice Set - Ordered and awaiting delivery 
• Kobolds Ate My Baby Coloring Book - Layout not started, but 1000 orange Crayola crayons have been purchased!
• It's Always Orange in Philadelphia Adventure - Won't be written until Orange Book playtests are complete

Kobold Plush 

In our last update we showed you the two sample version of the plush kobold. While many of you loved the longer fur version, we found it much harder to capture John Kovalic's kobold art with that style fur, so we decided on the shorter fur.  We *believe* this is our last round of updates and have gotten it where we want so the next step is getting the physical sample in our hands!!!

Reception to polymorph Rules at Origins Game Fair 

At Origins Game Fair we ran over 20 demo tables throughout the weekend showcasing the new polymorph rules and our new THWACKO Adventure creation system. Additionally, we ran the infamous Kobolds Ate My Baby Midnight Massacre for over 80 players with these new rules. 



Reception to the system was great. Players were asking questions that we either had covered or made sure to make the note to address in the final text.

To date, the favorite item in the game is "200 XP" and there is a real fight going between calling them OUTFITS, JOB, or JORBS* Writers Bug and The Kobold Dude made progress on making fan favorite actions (like Barking) still relevant under the new streamlined rules. Death Checks were had by all. 

At GENCON we'll be running another 4 demo sessions where we'll implement everything learned from Origins. If you want to try out the rules before we go to BETA - this is the time, and Indianapolis is the place!

*BTW, It's not going to be JORBS no matter how often our team chants it.
